If you’ve been to our website lately, you’ve probably noticed that we have a slightly new design. In this article, we’ll go over a few things that have changed.
If you’re new to our site…Welcome! Take some time to learn more about us. We recommend visiting the About page to learn more about what we do, what our core values are, and get to know our team members.
First off, let’s talk about some of the changes on our home page…
In the top right corner of our home page are 3 buttons:
We’ve updated some of the content on our site, including a page where you can learn more about how our estate sale auctions work. Also, the Help page has been updated that answers all of the frequently asked questions about being a buyer or seller. If there are questions that are not addressed on the Help page, feel free to send us an email.
We’re still working on adding different features that make it easy for you to bid on items. Here are a couple of features that weren’t covered in this previous article about bidding features:
If you’ve participated in our auctions before, you may have noticed little icons on each lot.
The icon that looks like a square with lines located under the lot number is the entire bid history for an item. After you click on it, to the far right you’ll see a 4-digit letter/number combination. This is the user ID for each person that is bidding on the item.
If you’re on a desktop computer, you can share an item by clicking on the icon that looks like a “less than” symbol. This copies a link that you can include in an email or share on social media. Please note: as of the writing of this article, this icon doesn’t work on mobile or tablet. We’re still ironing out all the kinks and bugs with this new design.
Please bear with us through this new website design process. If you have any suggestions or comments, please let us know!
