The days have gone by fast, haven’t they?
It was almost 8 years ago that our business started in a little warehouse on the outskirts of San Diego. We wanted to help bridge the gap between online auctions and estate sales in the local area.
Now we’ve grown into a huge warehouse just outside downtown San Diego and have helped thousands of people with estate sales and business liquidations in the Southern California area.
We definitely couldn’t have done it without you, our clients and customers! It truly has been a blast connecting with all of you on a personal level. Not very many online businesses get to do that.
We like to think of our customers as part of our family. We love it when we see regular customers stopping in the warehouse on preview days. So many of you have brought us gifts, cookies, and food, in addition to sharing your tips and stories of collecting.
Also, we’re so grateful for all of the people who have left feedback on Yelp, our Facebook page, and on Google. It has helped us provide better service in addition to showing potential customers what they can expect from doing business with us.
We’ve received bad reviews from people who did not read our terms and conditions all the way through. Because they were not fully informed about how we operate, they were left unsatisfied and wrote not-so-glowing reviews.
Unfortunately, more people only leave reviews when they’re unhappy versus leaving a review when they are happy. This brought our stars down. All of you who have left positive reviews have really helped bring our stars up, which we believe is more reflective of our service. So thank you very much to all of you who have helped give us a boost in ratings!
