Valid ID and credit card required: For fraud prevention, we strictly enforce our Terms and Conditions. You must present a valid government-issued ID and the credit card used for payment. If the information does not match, items will not be released. No exceptions.
Digital invoice required: Paper invoices are not necessary. You must be able to access your invoice or order on a smartphone or tablet for our touch-less signature and removal process.
Appointment-only pickup: All removals are strictly by appointment only. Please use the scheduling link provided on your invoice. Each appointment window is 15 minutes.
Plan ahead and arrive on time: Items located at Pickwick Street must be removed Tuesday, February 10th, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Contact the office to schedule an appointment for this location. Buyers with items located at Federal Blvd must use the invoice scheduling link.
No appointment, no pickup: Buyers arriving without a scheduled appointment will be turned away, and bidding privileges may be revoked.
No loading assistance provided: Buyers are responsible for all packing and removal. Please bring all necessary tools, boxes, bags, dollies, and labor.
