How do I bid on items?<\/h2>\n

In this short video tutorial<\/a> you\u2019ll learn how to register to bid on items and review all the items you\u2019ve bid on.<\/p>\n

We recommend writing down your bidder number and storing it in a safe place or bookmarking the email you receive that contains your number. If you ever have a question about your account, we can look up your information quickly with your bidder number. If you can\u2019t find your bidder number at all, you can look it up via the \u201cBuyers\u201d page under the \u201cAccount\u201d section.<\/p>\n

Do you offer shipping?<\/h2>\n

Yes, we do offer shipping to anywhere in the world. We also deliver to the local San Diego area. We use a company called PAKMAIL<\/a> located in La Jolla for shipping, however, you can also make arrangements through your own preferred shipping provider.<\/p>\n

I came to preview items for an auction. Are all the items published in the online catalog?<\/h2>\n

Yes, all items that have a lot number attached are available in the online catalog. We publish all the current auctions on our homepage.<\/p>\n

How do I know if I\u2019m the winning bidder in an auction?<\/h2>\n

After an auction ends, all winning bidders will receive an email notification with an invoice stating that their card has been charged.<\/p>\n

Very important<\/i><\/b>: Please print out this invoice and bring it with you on removal day. This invoice lists all the items you\u2019ve purchased and makes it much easier for our auction coordinators to locate these items when you come to pick them up.<\/p>\n

When can I pick up an item(s) I\u2019ve purchased?<\/h2>\n

Removal day(s) are listed on the main page of each auction. See the example below\u2026<\/p>\n

Can you sell items directly to a buyer?<\/h2>\n

No, we cannot sell an item directly to a buyer. All items are available through online auction only.<\/p>\n

I have a few items I\u2019d like to sell. Can I sell them with your company?<\/h2>\n

We typically do not consign individual items. We offer auction services to people who need to liquidate entire estates that are worth at least $5K or businesses with inventory and supplies.<\/p>\n
